Terms of product sales are FOB shipping point.

Changes occur beyond our control that may affect pricing and availability of items. DSC reserves the right to make any pricing changes without prior notice.

We offer Net 30 terms with approved credit, After 60 days, no orders will be processed. After 90 days, submit to collections.

For payment, we accept all major credit cards, ACH, and checks made payable to DSC Products, Inc. NSF checks will result in a $50.00 charge.

Unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is provided in advance of the order, customers are responsible for all applicable state and local sales taxes. Please e-mail your tax forms to info@dscprod.com for us to update in our system.

Freight charges will apply unless otherwise agreed to by DSC. DSC reserves the right to elect best transport, unless agreed to otherwise. Damage shipments and shortages must be noted on bill of lading. Please notify DSC as soon as possible and save all damaged goods for inspection. Please e-mail photos of damaged product to info@dscprod.com to support your damage claim.

Not all cataloged items are stocked items, therefore additional shipping time and charges may be required.

Occasionally, there are times when we must back order items. We will ship items to you as soon as they become available.

DSC reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 25% on returns for reasons other than defective merchandise or shipping errors. Private label and non-stocked items are considered NOT RETURNABLE to DSC.

With a 10 case minimum, private label anything on DSC’s price list. Please contact us for more information.
